How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping is an additional 5-7 business days after that. Some items ship sooner, some take longer. If you need a delivery estimate please reach out.

How do I clean my dog's gear?

All collars, leashes and fanny packs are machine washable. Cold water, no liquid bleach, air dry. Click Here for more care instructions.

I have a special request, can you accommodate it?

Generally we do not accept custom requests. The majority of our items are made in bulk batches ahead of time. Special requests are not able to be accommodated during busy times. Please email us and we can discuss on a case by case basis.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to notify us of any issues or requests to return an item. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Read our full return policy here.
